1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kriya apps platform and all related services. It is each user's responsibility to read, understand, and comply with these terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, family, or household. Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in closure of all associated accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. No false information may be given regarding name, date of birth, mobile number, or payment details. At the time of identity verification, the registered information must match the supporting documents.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

kriya apps may request a national identity card, passport, or other official documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawal processing may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials completely confidential. Giving anyone else access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Account Information

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on kriya apps is ৳500. The same minimum applies across all payment methods. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawal processing is generally completed within one hour.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

kriya apps may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. Funds tied to an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus are met. Withdrawals will be sent to the account registered in the user's name.

4.4 Transaction Records

Records of all deposit and withdrawal transactions are stored in the account history section. If you have a dispute regarding any transaction, you must notify our support team immediately.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and a total of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered to become eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

kriya apps runs various regular promotions. Each promotion has its own terms, wagering requirements, and validity period. Notable offers currently available include:

5.3 General Bonus Terms

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

6.2 Results and Disputes

All game outcomes are determined by the respective game provider's certified random number generator (RNG) and are final. For sports betting, the official match result applies. If a technical error causes incorrect settlement of a bet, kriya apps reserves the right to make corrections.

6.3 Live Betting

In live (in-play) betting, odds may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is accepted will apply. kriya apps is not liable for any bet affected by a loss of connection.

6.4 VIP Program

The kriya apps VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate: up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver, and up to 1.2% for Gold. Cashback is calculated on the net losses for the week.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kriya apps platform:

• Using an account for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Following strategic betting patterns to abuse bonuses ("bonus hunting").
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collecting another user's account information or participating in fraudulent activities.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or engaging in "proxy betting".

If any such activity is identified, the relevant account may be closed, the balance forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

10 Account Closure

10.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request closure of their account at any time. Any valid balance in the account at the time of the request (excluding active bonuses) is eligible for withdrawal. Account closure requests must be submitted through the support team.

10.2 Closure by kriya apps

kriya apps reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of terms and conditions or evidence of fraud.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, the bonus balance may be forfeited. Any valid balance is generally returned, though it may be held during the period of investigation.

11 Changes to Terms and Conditions
